I’m Carli Jo — a mom of 8, educator & creator of the Crisis2Calm method.
For over 10 years, I taught babies, toddlers & preschoolers through yoga, music, dance & art based learning.

It hurt my heart watching my students — and my own daughter — struggle with big emotions, communication & simple problem solving without the support they needed.
Over the years, I began creating playful games, songs & movement activities to help fill the gaps I saw in social emotional learning for young children. What started in my classes eventually became the Heartfullness Project — a play-based emotional regulation system that includes games, music, movement, caregiver support & the Problem-Solving Made Easy Kit.
